Need Aluminum welder or Advice!!

Tonight, I was getting on the free way, when all of the sudden I heard a HUGE exhaust leak, so I pulled over right away, next thing I know, I noticed one of the pipes from the headers that is attached to the mount that than mounts to the block had a huge hole. Like the welding just broke...I need someone to temporarily weld it back so I can at least use it until I get a new one, or advice on how to fix it!
This is my only car!

not sure what aluminum has to do with it. But your gonna need to take the headers off the car and have someone bolt the headers to a mock-up block or a jig to bolt them flanges down. Then just clean the material and weld it up.

An exhaust shop would be able to help you out. If not a permanent/elegant solution, it should be ok for a temporary stop-gap.

JB weld might be a temporary solution. I once fixed an oil pan that had a 1/2 inch hole in it with that stuff and it held.

JB weld will not hold up. The exhaust gas temperatures are around 650 C right at that weld. Get an exhaust shop to weld it up and you will be fine.

BTW- your headers are steel, if they were aluminum they would have melted already.

BTW- your headers are steel, if they were aluminum they would have melted already.
