Does anyone know if there is a difference between the calipers on a 91 Turbo Legacy and a 93 Turbo Legacy. (the drivers side caliper on my 93 siezed but I have a 91 parts car)

As far as I know there is no difference between the front calipers on ANY first gen legacy let alone turbo.
edit: turbos has small two pots.
The turbo legacy rotors/calipers are all the same.
The first gen legacies are different then the turbo legacies. The first gen legacies use a large single piston caliper, while the turbo legacies use two smaller ones.
Just find a set of used WRX disks and calipers: they bolt on just fine (though you have to move to a 16" wheel to make it work) and, if you shop around, may end up costing less than an OEM replacement.
