MAF Voltage dipping on tip-out

Can anyone explain this? APS FMIC, stock BPV, APS 70mm intake.

Causes a lean condition and hesitation on throttle tip-out.

what do you expect the MAFv to do when you are letting off the gas?

whats your fuel trim in that g/s range?

are u in cl or ol? if you're in OL whats your target AFR at that load and rpm?
