Default intercooler help

as it says above, im converting my wrx slant classic tmic to a larger new age tmic, so far i have found i need to modify the bulk head (with a hammer) lol it looks like the bov will foul on the idle valve. has any one done this, i have been searching but not much out there. thanks guys.

Use an 06-07 wrx intercooler, it fits better. You'll probably have to block off the bov with a plate and put a fitting somewhere for your original bov.

It'll be close. The turbo is in the same spot, the throttle body sits higher.

yer i bought a cheep v5 off trade me only$20 in fair condition i was hoping it came with the y pipe but of course no. oh well it has the metal elbows i guess ill just have to start again with v9 intercooler.
