I'm just saying it looks weird lol. And why can't you go bigger on wheels?

I use the car as a Stock Class autocross car, and you must use stock diameter and width wheels, and you can only play with offset a 1/4" in that class.

They work for stock autocross, which is your indented purpose.

On the track and dd, that tire rolls so much, even a 255 is a bit sloppy on an 8" wheel.

Does anyone have pictures of XXR 527 18x8.75 +35 on a Bugeye wagon or sedan?

(Our 03 wagon has a sedan front end swap)

I personally went with 245/40 to help fill the gap between the fender and tires. It depends on the look your going for and if ur lowering it

The lower your offset and car, the smaller the tire you'll want. It's just easier that way!

Well, I just went back to 527s, but in lime green this time, pretty curious to see how these are gonna look on my car dumped compared to my gold setup.
Pictures will be up by this weekend. This time im stretching a 215/40 instead of a 225.

I want a small bit of stretch, nothing that will make the lip very exposed. I just hate having sidewalls that are perfectly vertical.

I plan to go +25 also, sorry for not mentioning that earlier. I plan to go low enough to where there is about a one inch gap between the top of the wells and the top of the tire.

I disagree. Doesn't sound like you've spent much time running pinched tires.

And if anything, autocross would be the worst application for pinched tires because of the constant transitioning. Transitions are where this hurts you. I can't remember the last time I had a quick transition on the street, and any road course is going to have only 1/4 of the transitions of an autocross.

Not trying to start anthing here, really my point is that they aren't that 'sloppy'.

Does anyone with a 2004 wrx wagon have the 522's 18x8.5? My wheels were recently stolen off my car and I'm just trying to see what it will look like. I'm also not sure what offset to run so some advice would be nice too. I'm sitting on tokico blue struts with swift wagon spings and rolled rear fenders just so everyone knows.

Thanks,
