This may work, but you could end up going through some costly trial and error by trying to create identical diameters. However, you are allowed to be off no more than 2/32's or 1/16th in diameter heights. This is why the TPMS is so important. As I've stated before, I'm running some XXR 518 18x8.5 +48's with H&R 25mm spacers (only) in the rear wrapped in some Hankook Ventus V12 255/35-18's. I'm on stock suspension but rolled in the rear and have no rubbing.

As others have stated, you can run the same width wheels with different offsets. Example: 527's - 18x8.75 +20 (rear) 18x8.75 +35 (front). Keep in mind that you may have to roll, pull, adjust camber or do all depending on suspension, wheel and tire size.

Even if they have all the same tire size... but the wheels are different. It would still ruin your car. Awd. All wheel drive ....all at the same time... if the rears take longer to turn then the front that's when you tranny goes boom.

^what does the width of the wheel have to do with the outside diameter? ps: my boy has 9s up front and 10.5 out rear on his audi s4, i believe it is All Wheel Drive....all at the same time.. i could be wrong

Several tracked cars have run wider wheels up front with same tires all around and claimed it helped with understeer. The diameters are the same all around.

Found this, "When running wider front wheels, you are suppost to use the exact same sized tires front and rear. The idea behind running a slightly wider rim width in the front, but the same tires all around is that the sidewall will be stiffer on the front tires. The stiffer rounder front sidewall will help with turn in while the rear will give a little more easily to help balance the car during cornering. Japanese tuners have been using this trick on Evo's and STi's for years. The Cusco STi is a rolling catalog so the wheel thing is just an extra little touch. I also don't think that a two pound difference per wheel in the front is gonna wreak much havoc on the Cusco diffs. Stock diffs might be a different story."

I don't think it was smart for the guy above to run that staggered setup but its not completely a no-no if done right.

This is basically what I'm saying. IMHO I would never ever run two different wheels on an awd car.. Cusco's car is built out or mordor steel so I'm sure "their" car is fine. I'm over cluttering this already downhill thread so lets just leave it at that.

They are wide enough but I suggest the +20 offset with the flares... you want it to be flush correct? Or inside the flare ...

Get the +20 if they are not wide enough .... replace the studs with extended studs and get spacers accordingly
