Offset needs to be somewhere between +35 and +25. Spacers will depend on what wheel design you decide on. I have run several diffent wheels and once you get below +35 offset you usually don't have an issue with brake clearance.

It took probably about 3hrs. Wasn't a big deal since I had 5 hrs to kill waiting for the stupid cable company to show up lol. I haven't waxed the car at all this year yet and like you I wanted it done before the snow hits. I bought a Meguiars kit from Walmart on sale for $20 on the clearance shelf that came with everything the day before. I'm really pleased with the outcome. Haven't seen reflections like that in a long time. Still looks good for 10 yr old paint on a daily driven car

Nankang 235/45/R17 tires with 6/32nds some camber wear but still good .
