Might need a little roll. But that's it.

Just got my 18x9.75 20 527's mounted with some 235/40's. Some thought it was going to be too stretched, but I think it's perfect. Can't wait to install my coils and wheels tonight!

Thanks. I'd go lower but I'm happy with the ride height. I'm not tucking tire but have no fender gap. Plus I'm at a height where I rarely ever scrape. And my front lip is only 4" off the ground as is. I'd love to but I can't. Maybe someday though!

First rim purchase ever, need some advice... I was looking at the XXR 530s for my bugeye. I've got a set of tires already, 235/40/18. I can get either 18x7.5 et+38, or 18x8.75 et+33.

Sounds like I'd be rolling the rears, if I got the 18x8.75, right? I'm lowered on Tanabe DF210s, 1.5" rear & 2.5" front, and DSpecs. I've looked at tire/rim size calculators, and the results I get say I'd be fine - which is totally opposite to what most are saying here!

Help! Pics would be awesome

You'll be fine! Roll all four fenders and maybe a little camber in the front ,but I think you'll be fine.

I dunno....he might rub. People are saying that they rubbed with 8.75 in their '12's on stock suspension.....it might be minor tho....test it out

Ok here we go. Just got my coils installed and my 18x9.75 20 527's mounted. Tires are 235/40's. I will be getting a roll soon and rear camber plates so I can go lower. Here are a few pics.

I'm not leaving them on like this. I got some rear camber plates coming to get rid of the poke in the rear. Might also pick up some used rear LCA's to suck that wheel in a little more.

Hmm, 17x8.75 +25. Will it fit my 06 STI? I've got coils, front camber plates, and some whiteline camber bolts ready. Tire is a 225.

Yeah you should do able to fit that as long as you're rolled. Your amount of camber will just hang in the balance of the extent of the fender work. But you should be set to go

I ran barely rolled rears on 17x9 +30 on 225/45 with -3 degrees and kept -1.5 front just rolled and that was slammed so you're good

Thanks Wirtz, you're the man

I'm going to take a grinder to my rears and make it work. Seal it up and dial in height and camber. I don't need to be super low, but no more than 2" of rear gap.
