Thanks, I miss them. They are floating around nasioc still, I sold them about 6 months ago. 18x8.5 +44 iirc and 245/40/18 tires. I want to get some 17x9 +42 grids now.

My car is only a WRX and not an STI so no brembos to test. The rims look small because the big stepped lip leaves the center smaller looking than most other rims. Most of the other 17x9 look more than big enough on these years. Anyhow, here's some more pics. Debating if I wanna sell these and get the 18x9.5's but don't want lower than 40 profile tires due to the potholes I have to deal with all the time.

Haven't decided just yet but I think I'm gonna drop down to 17's for some weight savings. Maybe some 17x9 rpf1's or something with a dish like a Saleen replica 17x10. But right now I'm just gathering cash for my 6speed swap since my trans took a dump thanks to a broken axle.

I think they look pretty good. He has to get new lugs and either new hub centric rings or we have to grind out the ones in there to fit his. I'll post pics when they are on for good.

18x9.5 would look so much better. You could run 235/40/18 or 245/40/18 and be fine.
