18x8.75 +20 235/40/18

Rub a lot in the rear on dips. With camber bolts I can't seem to get more than 2 degrees in the rear.

Nothing. Sadly I have 16's back on for now. I'm buying a bike...

I plan on some Karlton Flares, 18x10.5 and 295 tires next season though. We shall see.

Thanks! I was aiming for an 03 ZX-6R but my buddy picked it up. Think I will be going with a 99 GSXR 600.

The ZX-6R is so much nicer to ride. Just make sure the gixxer wasn't flogged by a squid or a stuntah, and you'll be ok.

I just mounted my 527s on my car and i do not have hubcentric rings. My car shakes a little bit when i go above 65mph. Could this be due to me not having hubcentric rings?

very well could be, or it could be a crappy balance job, too. Or it could be that you don't have rings, and you didn't tighten the lug nuts down in the right order, gradually. It could also be that you didn't pull the little aluminum crush ring thingies off of the studs before you mounted the new wheels.

How big of a deal is the hub centric ring thing? I don't know of anybody using them.

It's never been a problem for me, but I've heard it can be a problem and cause vibrations.

So many sick subes on this. Maybe a little late in the thread to add to it all, I didn't go through every single page sorry. However the several pages I did see there were not too many 2011's as of yet... Here's mine, 2011 w/ bout 405 miles on car, bout 75 miles on these 527's - 18/8.75/+35. Sitting on a 245/40/Triangle's. Very slight rub on backs w/o a roll as of yet when hitting major pot holes. Riding the most hated sus ever heard of... S Tech's, however the drop was what I was aiming at from a perspective of front to rear drop balance. Rides fine overall, corners good too. Will be going with BC coils ASAP once $'s roll in to get stance correct...

For good measure here was a trial run on some 518's. Pulled off a VW with 5x112 on wheel adapters... Yeah and they rode *******ty too!

Both sets looked good, nice addition to the thread man!

Try some H&R springs. I absolutely LOVED mine, but I'm a weirdo

I'm running inverted BC's and they are very nice. One of the best mods on my car.

I know this is a gallery thread, but I was hoping to get some help since this is also an XXR specific thread. I need to know if the following setup will work on a stock '11 WRX without any rubbing, and without rolling the rears:

XXR 527s, 18x8.75 +35
either 235 or 245 tires (preferably 245s)

Thanks!!

Can't the wrx sedan take 18x9 + 44 with no mods?

You will be good to go. Like I said in your thread, test fit if you can.
