Default Wet Brake Engine Dyno Question.

My friend was messing around with the capacity valve on a superflow engine dyno trying to smooth out torque band reading per the recommendation of superflow.

The problem is that it wont read anything above 28.8 ft lbs of torque now.

Anyone ever have something like this happen?

Whats the common cause?

Whats the fix?

Mods plz feel free to move this thread if you can think of a better forum for it other than OT.
