Funny stuff
My wife took the car to the store so she could get a B-day pres for one of my many kids. When she gets there she calls me and says "your car is to fast for me now" WTF I didnt know what to say so I just laughed at her. She didnt think it was that funny.
Any way tomorrow will be my first time on a dyno with anything Hoping for 320ish wheel I dont want much more than that. Again if anyone wants to stop by we will be there at ziptie at 11.

That's good! I'll be dynoing mine soon too. My wife hates driving my car. She hates my clutch.

Didnt hit the HP numbers I was looking for but the torque makes up for it. 288 AWHP and 359 AWTQ. The VF52 just ran out of juice, I can live with that for what I have into it. Also the HP stays nice and steady at around 280 untill around 5700 RPM where it bottoms out at 265 or so. I am at full power at 3,800 rpm. I am realy going to need new tires, my winter tires wont hold.

I think the calibration was off on the rpm on the dyno by 200rpm or so, he has a hybrid boost set up, besides that 5% duty cycle he's missing with it, think mbc spool. That combined with e makes for a quick spool!

VF52
750CC Injectors Walbro 255 fuel pump Perrin drop in filter Gimmic MS turbo inlet Grimmspeed ECBS, Turbosmart Boost T (running the hybrid system) the best mod hands down. Process West TMIC (pure porn for the car) Forge MS recirc Invidea Catted down pipe with O2 bung welded in Turbo XS cat back. ( would not have ever chosen anything different MY GOD does it sound good) Eibach lowering springs. I also put it the perrin short shift adapter dilly. I really like it also. |

Some things that you may want to know about your setup:
When you go EWG, you're going to need a different DP because the cat is too large to facilitate it with the Invidia Prepare to destroy that Cat back. I've blown down a bunch of baffles in it. EDIT: Also, keep an eye on that inlet when it's on the dyno. They've been known to suck down pretty bad and in come cases collapse. |

Wouldnt that be caused by to much restriction at the filter? If that happens I will do what I can to not pay for it due to the advertisement of "will not colaps". When I do change my setup I still dont know if I will do EWG. I just dont see me needing it. Then again things change.. Realy about the exhaust? That sucks because I have yet to hear another that I like even remotely as much.

Really really. I bet you'll let off throttle one day and you'll hear a bunch of metal-on-metal clanging when you get little backfires.

Not all EWG kits fit the same. The only silicon inlets I have seen collapse are ebay, and old school Perrin.
TurboXS mufflers always blow out, I went through 2 of them. |
