Default how do i get a Hybrid Intake for my '10 2.5i??

ive been looking at stuff about CAI's and SRI's for my car, and ive concluded that they dont do much...but these hybrids seem interesting....how do they work differently than the other two? Do i need a tune after installing it? Lastly, how do i get one if i choose to?

Read the stickied 'SRI/CAI.. Alternative' thread at the top of this forum, it'll give you all the info you need.
And you'll have to make the hybrid yourself, they're not available off-the-shelf. And yes, it's advisable to get a tune.

If you've got an 2008+, also search for the '08 Hybrid Intake' thread, the jury still seems to be out on whether the hybrid works for our cars. I am still going to try it myself though, i have the parts already....

To me, it seems like it is not worth the hassle unless your actually going to be doing major upgrades to your car. Im mostly worried about it not filtering as good as stock, but pretty much as the same performance

The Hybrid intake uses the OEM airbox, so unless you change the panel filter inside, there will be no filtering issues.
If you are talking about a CAI/SRI, then yes, there could be filtering issues, you would be changing the filter.
