You may want to consider this. COBB's shelf map may be lower output on the Sedan model. But, custom tunes are showing similar gains on either car all over Nasioc.

I'm curious about the feedback on the muffled version, too. I know NP cites specific db numbers on their site, but I'd like to see some vids and/or customer feedback on the sound too.

It's called YouTube! Pretty new and underground right now, but I hear they have a couple videos and stuff over there. /sarcasm

Gee, thanks. I only see one video on youtube (having searched several different keywords) and it was uploaded today - 3 hours after my post.

You're implying that there is all sorts of feedback out there on the new muffled version and I'm too lazy to search for it, which is not the case.

Your best bet for information is to ask Nameless through their Facebook, they seem to reply quickly.

I finally managed to find some time and get this installed on my 11 WRX. It took me a little under an hour from start to finish. I had a difficult time getting the passenger side stock muffler off the car for some reason. I was also able to re-use my stock gaskets; however, if I had to do this again, I would have ordered a new pair, just for peace of mind. Concerning the sound, well, it sounds amazing, IMO! Its hard to describe the actual sound. It is definitely louder than stock (the rumble is much more pronounced and deeper now). On top of the sound, I was surprised to find that the NP not only reduced that annoying low RPM drone, but actually completely eliminated it. Based on other reviews, I was expecting the drone to be reduced, but was pleasantly surprised to not hear it at all after the first cold start.

EDIT: If anyone is thinking of purchasing this exhaust and would like to hear it in person, let me know (in the Denver, CO area). Hearing an exhaust with your own two ears (i.e. not on youtube) is really the best way to determine whether or not you are going to like it.

Yeah, I have no idea what happened. It just did not want to come off at all. I finally managed to get the back most rubber hangar off while still attached to the muffler. The drivers side muffler literally came off instantly, lol. Oh well, this is actually the first time I have done anything on my cars myself, so its definitely a learning experience!

Just got my muffler delete today and threw them on in about 15 mins. They sound great. Not too loud not too quiet. Sound on acceleration is rumbly and agressive. I think i prefer this delete to the invidia Q300 cat back I had on my 2006 STi. Build quality looked good and it feels good to support American small business.

Hmm, not sure what email service you use, but when I first received an email from them, Gmail marked it as spam. I would try looking at your spam folder...not sure about calling them though.

I have emailed them in the past about getting a video up on the muffler replacement (not a full system video like they currently have). I also just posted on their FB asking them the same thing... fingers crossed for something soon because I too am wanted to hear the difference...

Did you purchase the delete or muffler model?

I purchased the muffler delete. I don't think Nameless was offering the muffler option when I placed my order (at least I don't think it was on their site).
