We will have the midpipe available within 3-4 weeks. Maybe a little bit earlier for the standard configuration shown in the photos on the previous page. Maybe a little bit later for the Helmholtz and Muffler versions.

Jason, when will the GR hatch midpipe be available.

I assumed you're talking about the sedan version in the above post.

I was. 1-2 weeks earlier. Both systems are waiting on the completion of the mandrel bent tube components to be completed, and the front half is shared.

Well crap. I too was hoping for some sort of mufflerless setup for a hatch. My goal is to shave as much wieght as possible while maintaining quad tips.

That makes two of us, I want something loud and aggressive like the sedan axleback, without having to resort to the ricey Invidia N1.

I don't even care if it's a single tip/exit, IMO they sound better than the split muffler / split Y setups that are out now.

If you don't mind a single exit, you should be able to get something done like really cheap at an exhaust shop. You can get all sort of nice looking tips online.

The sedan style hatch AxleBack has been prototyped. The hatch version uses the sedan midpipe with a new axleback bolted to the back.

We will be offering that setup as a full catback or an Axleback that bolts on to the stock sedan midpipe you provide.

That is what I am looking for as well. A mufflerless design like the sedan has for the axleback that fits the 2011 wrx hatchback.

Any idea when it would be released? i know it may be to soon.

There are a few hitches available for the sedans and <11 5 doors. The MY11 5 door will have a Curt hitch available "any day now" according to their tech guys. Many of us tow with Subarus so I hope the exhaust will work on the 5 door and not interfere with a hitch. I'm in the market for both (hitch and exhaust) so I can tow my kart.

Will there be coating options for the midpipes too? And is a downpipe still being developed? I think I'd eventually like to run a full Nameless TBE if possible.
