Jason,

Hey, I received my axle back yesterday. It only took 20 minutes to install and it sounds great. This is one of my favorit mods that I have done. Thank you, I will be posting pics in the next few days. Well worth $300.

That, right there, is how you get loyal customers.

We do offer discounts on occasion for buying both at the same time, but if we decide to offer such a discount, we will apply that to any midpipe orders in the future for former axleback purchasers (given the fact that we don't have a mid available on the market when you purchased your axleback).

And yes, all of our parts are designed to fit directly to the factory adjacent parts as well as to our designs. For example, we use a proprietary 3" donut gasket. If installed to the factory downpipe, you just slip our gasket over the factory one and you're good to go. When you use it with our downpipe, you slip it over the 3" stub and you're good to go. Plug and play whether you're working with the stock system or our upgraded parts. Likewise we also have solutions for bolting to most flat flange style downpipes without losing the clocking and angular adjustment inherent in ball-joint style systems.

Wouldn't expect anything less from you guys. Looks like I will be placing my order soon rather than later. Do you prefer ordering through the website or over the phone?

I have been running the Nameless Performance non-resonated midpipe and axle back on my hatch for over a month now. There's no drone.

The tires make more noise than the exhaust does when cruising.

Whichever you prefer. We're at 360.263.5001 if you want anything special. If you want the single wall staggered setup in either the hatch or the sedan, you'll need to call us.

Thx!

I'd like 3.5" tips, staggered...but are they available in double wall? The photos I've seen of the 3" polished staggered are quite nice.

We do not yet have a 3.5" staggered double wall design. We have evaluated a few off the shelf designs but were not satisfied with their quality. I'll have John build a set of our in-house double wall 3.5" tips into a quad staggered design and we'll do a feasibility study/costing analysis on how much we can do that for. Lots of labor to build tips, but we won't sell anything that doesn't meet our standards at this point. (See my comments above about the failures in the wall of the early single wall rolled lip designs)

Thanks for the reply, Jason. Maybe I will stick with the 3" double wall tips. Their finish really sets off the back.

Thank you for the face-to-face time yesterday Jason, and in particular for setting me straight on going for a tune-free downpipe. My wife learned more about exhaust in an hour than I've been able to explain in 2 months. For you guys going back and forth on single vs double walled, the 3.5" had a great polish and did not look cheap at all like many single-walled do. I've been 100% set on double walled, and those tips convinced me in an instant to go the other way.

Brad,

The beer was awesome! I'll have to stop by at Odin Brewing Company the next time I'm up in your neck of the woods. Thanks again for stopping by. We're in the middle of nowhere and it gets a little cabin-fever-esque up at the shop so it is always nice when new customers stop by and say Hi. It's also great to meet women who are so enthusiastic about their cars as your wife is. For years I worked at an engineering desk job and we were always trying to work with local schools to promote women in engineering, and it's especially great to meet gal's who love to work on their cars. It's been a boys club for too long, and I think there's something about the Suby community that makes it a great environment for women to learn about their cars and actively build them. I've seen a lot of the same in the Mazda community, but beyond that, this car world is surprisingly exclusionary. And that's some bull$h1t.

Hope the rest of your trip goes well! Watch out for the fuzz in the DPRK*.

We look forward to talking to you both soon.

Just received and installed my catback for the hatch. I got the non-resonated midpipe. Jason, the quality has blown my mind! I'll comment on sound quality after it breaks in, initially it sounds pretty good. Hopefully it gets a bit louder. Pics in my little progress thread.

I installed mine with just two 14mm wrenches. Super simple.

14mm box end, another 14mm, either wrench or socket. You will also want a long screwdriver or pry bar or something else suitable for pushing the hangers off their posts.

I'm excited, finally jumped in and ordered mine yesterday. Single Walled, 3.5" staggered and flush with eurethane hangers. I'm ready to hear my exhaust again.

Just placed my order with Jason. Customer service is not even the appropriate phrase to describe what Jason and the crew at Nameless are bringing to this community. Jason spoke to me as if we were old friends having a beer. After getting business out of the way, we chatted for nearly a half hour. Jason told me about a few other products they offer, as well as some interesting info on their progress with Kia. I think I learned at least 4 things I didn't previously know about Subarus, Synapse bpv's, and how enthusiasts are helping to push innovation and development.

If you are on the fence about ordering any of Nameless' products, stop hesitating and call them. You won't be disappointed. I will report back in a week or so after I install my axle back, with a quick review of it's build quality and sound, from the perspective of an rather conservative modder, compared to the majority here on NASIOC.
