They have a very solid team there, and even when one of their rally car developments pop up on their Facebook page, I can tell you firsthand there's always a few of their guys working on exhausts in one corner of the barn (yes, it's like the PNW exhaust version of Bugatti! ) whenever the rally production is going on, so orders are churning out as quick as they can.
My first exhaust components from them (2011 Turboback) took some time too, and I tend to freak out since most of what I order ships within 48 hours. This is a small team working in a small space and getting many multiples of orders vs last year. A few months back they had one day they shipped 47 exhausts, so it's probably higher now. Give them a chance, the work they do is unparalleled and my wife and I have a sound that is the envy of everyone in our club, so it's worth the wait.

P.S. I tried to stop by Tuesday and they said to call ahead because a huge gravel load was being dropped, so sounds like more expansion is coming.
i appriciate this.. thanks

Would the addition of mufflers deepen the sound at all? I like the sound level of my nameless axleback system but it isn't quite as deep of a tone as I would like.

Honestly, any question regarding modifying or adding to a nameless exhaust product would be better asked to nameless themselves. They would know there product better than anyone and they are awesome people to talk to.

For reference, this is a WRX hatch with Nameless Axleback. 5 inch mufflers, quad 3.5" staggered tips. (a lot of the sound is bassy. laptop speakers won't do well here.)

mine was ordered may 9th and I received it about a month and a half later. I guess they are expanding and very overloaded with orders but its worth the wait..

You can't really deepen the tone of your exhaust anymore with the axleback. Adding mufflers would just make your exhaust more quiet. If you want deep either add a catted downpipe or buy a midpipe.

This is my car when I had the axleback + perrin downpipe.

Did you order an axleback or catback?
I ordered a catback on may 7th, and still no updates. They said it was going to be finished mid last week... Unamused

Ive got the AB delete on my sedan right now (stock mid) and was wondering if anyone with the resonated midpipe and AB delete could chime in and give me there opinion on how they like the midpipe.

I was wondering how the loudness and sound changed.

I used to have the delete and sold it, I just installed my 5" muffled axle back yesterday and it is the perfect sound. Its not raspy like the delete was, its not obnoxiously loud under normal acceleration, and quiet while cruising. When you punch it, it is an amazing sound, it is absolutely perfect! Now i just need to save for the downpipe an midpipe.

does the 4" or 5" option sound better?

is the sound difference negligible between the 4" and delete setup?

thanks!
can't decide. Its a daily driver, 16 miles a day and weekend trips.

What sounds better is entirely subjective. We can't answer that for you.

I have 5" mufflers and a resonated midpipe. Sounds amazing. 4" mufflers should be slightly louder, while the muffler delete will be extremely loud.

I'm having a tough time choosing between the 5" and 4" mufflers. I plan on doing the catback and will definitely keep the stock down pipe. I'm leaning towards the 4" but I notice the 5" are a lot more popular. I can't hear either in person. Obviously the 4" is louder but how much louder? Am I going to be waking my neighbors up with the 4 in? Resonator? I planned on going with out a resonator in the mid pipe otherwise I may just do the axle back for now and keep the stock mid pipe.

Thanks

doesn't exactly answer your question, but here's another point of reference. Unresonated midpipe with magnaflow axleback and catted downpipe. Keep in mind this exhaust is 2 years old.

Freshly installed 4" double wall, straight cut with 4" muffler. Sounds fantastic! Perfect pops on the overrun. I have it installed with an Agency Power mid-pipe. The exhaust hangs a little low which I hope some stiffer hangers will resolve.

Honestabe do you have any side shots down low of the tips? I want to see how flush they are to the rear, I hate when they hang past and you can see like 3 inches from the side of the car.

They don't usually hang past. They are either very close to flush, or recessed slightly.

i put an nameless axleback on my sedan. the thing sounds the berries. i also added a cnt downpipe and the sound is incredible. you could find someone who is a decent welded and just delete your mufflers which i think would be the same sound, but then again it would probably cost the same. cant beat it for a bolt on performance and i have a few other buddies that have it as well.

Here's my catback setup : 4" double walled tips with 5" mufflers and a resonated midpipe. This configuration is perfect for anyone who wants something that won't bother the neighbors but will put a smile on your face when you step on it. Nice low rumble with pops and crackles on upshifts, downshifts, and under heavy load. Very little drone in low RPMs (similar to stock exhaust) and no highway drone what so ever.

For anyone that's thinking about getting this exhaust, I'd recommend saving up and getting the catback system instead of the axleback. The axleback alone had a much more noticeable drone at low RPMs but once I installed the resonated midpipe it refined the drone and made it much more enjoyable. Also, I'd recommend getting their bushings as well if you want the exhaust to seat properly against the valance. Enjoy the pictures!

So that's what it sounds like.... My ELH makes it sound a little different. Not as deep, that's for sure. i'm swapping out for bigger tips today so I'll post in a little.
