I did this the other night and it doesn't work. The stack does show at checkout but they simply send an email later that says "you can't stack discounts and we removed the smallest discount. Do you still want to purchase?"

That's too bad, it's worked for me (twice -- this order, and another order in late May/early June) and several others also had it work back in May/June, although someone back then had it rejected too.

One thing to note -- when you get your shipping confirmation email, it'll only show one discount, but if you enter your order number on their site it will show both, and they charge you the correct amount (with both discounts applied).

Worked for me too. Pretty sure we're the group that prompted them to fix the issue. HA! Lucky us!

That stinks you can't stack the coupons anymore. I was able to get my spoiler for my sedan for $85.00 off MSRP.

On a side note, has anyone noticed that the spoiler and body side molding have a different metallic flake than the car paint? My car is Ice Silver Metallic. Spoiler was made in Canada.

If they fixed it, they fixed it after I ordered on Friday, 'cause it worked for me this time too.

I was able to stack, I checked out using Paypal and was billed the "stacked" amount. I got shipping confirmation the next day showing only 1 coupon but no additional charges to my paypal.

Thanks
I had torqued it to similar values as well, I had noticed that if you overtorque the actual bar itself (2bolts/nuts) the bar will be compressed and squished and metal shavings will come off from driving the car with the bar overtightened.

How did you stack it? If I enter a code then delete it, then enter the other code it will only show the last code I entered at check out.

Duh??? Why would you expect any different? If you delete something obviously it's not going to reappear magically. It was already explained how to stack them it's not science. Type in a code and hit apply and then type in the second code and hit apply.

They have had that same problem in the past as well. They really need to fix their site to only allow ONE promo code order.

Okay then they must have changed their site. As soon as you enter a code there is no option to enter another one.

I feel dumb asking, but can someone help me to determine which way this spoiler faces when installed? Is what is orientated toward the back of the car? The curved side or the notched side?

I would assume the flush side goes against the car and the extended points are pointing away from the car.

If it's similar to the '12 imp spoiler (very likely), that would be wrong. Here's a pic of the underside of that spoiler, the top side in the pic is the side that attaches to the car.

Anyone have any experience with this product?

Does it scratch your paint?

Any recommendations on a towel that works well?

I use this one:

The Absorber Synthetic Drying Chamois,27" x 17" : Amazon.com : AutomotiveThe Absorber Synthetic Drying Chamois,27" x 17" : Amazon.com : Automotive

Works great. Won't scratch anything as long as you don't let it pick up any grit.

I used to use that over 10 years ago. It is good at first, then after you use it for a little while it picks up dirt - even if you wash it. Then it puts fine scratches on your paint. FTL.

Hmm, that sucks. Mine's only a few months old but I'll be careful with it. What do you use now?

On another note, my check engine light came back on today -- code P000A (slow cam position response) again. Dealership replaced the cam position sensor last time it came on (@ 1100 miles), now I'm a bit over 3000. Frustrating.

Last edited by gfxguy; 08-31-2012 at 11:46 AM. Reason: CPS was replaced at ~1100 miles, not 700.

I used to use an electric leaf blower which is the best since it doesn't make contact with the car. However I have become lazier over the past couple of years and I just use a terry cloth to gently dry the car.

I have something similar to this, is this one more foam/neoprene like? Or is it more like a chamois cloth?
