Question STi Aero Mud Guard mounting question

This is going to be a longshot but here goes.

Is anyone using STi aero mud guards here? I just picked up a pair today and they look sweet! Here's a picture for reference's sake.

<IMG SRC="http://www.scoobyworld.co.uk/images/AUS-MY00.jpg" border=0>

I have a question about mounting them but to make matters confusing (hey if it's easy it's no fun then right? ), I have no clue if mine are authentic STi's or replicas so the mounting holes may be different from the norm. Yeah the deal was so sweet that I didn't care.

Do the real STi's have any telltale signs? There are no markings anywhere. They do seem to be very well constructed though and are made out of a rubber like substance that is pliable much like, well... rubber! The outer surface is very very smooth though, if it is a replica part it is top notch one.

The front guards have a countersunk and finely tapped sleeve that, when mounted onto the car, points towards the car's taillights. Unfortunately I received no mounting hardware with this unit so I have no idea how this mounts up.

As for the rear guards, I don't have spats yet so I'll just have to wait on those before I can even begin to envision their install as the spats are a prereq.

I also have the part numbers
front (J1017FA012)
rear (J1017FA015)
but no separate part #'s for the mounting hardware so again I'm sunk.

Any thoughts? Cliff or Brian? Thanks for all your help already Brian!

<FONT face="Comic Sans MS">Well, you are looking for 2 5mm bolts about one and a half inches long, 4 washers (about the size of a dime), and one set of Subaru Part Number 91086AA000 (you get two per package) nut-clips. The is a big screw on the underside of the side skirt about 5 inches back from the front. Remove that. Place nut-clip on edge of wheel well. Put aero guard on. Take 5mm nut, put on the washer and screw into the nut-clip (this is in the hole facing the tail lamps as you described). Then put the other washer on the big screw and screw that down. Lather, rinse, repeat for the other side. I can take pics if need be.

Oi Brian... pics won't be necessary unless you care to make another mod section. That would imply a disassembly of your mudguards, no need to bother. Thanks so much for the info again!

How you come up with these part numbers is wayyy beyond my limited mental functioning, especially after taking a few sick days off!

Oh and Long, these guys are priced at something crazy like $350USD for a front and rear set. I got them for about $150USD from a local shop that wanted to get rid of them.

<FONT face="Comic Sans MS">You can order them at any Subaru dealership... only problem is, from the dealership???? About $550 . Try Shawn at http://www.challengerdeep.com for the closer to $350 mark.

I had my rear ones molded in, so I didn't need anything for those. I will need the hardware when I get the Version 6 rear bumper
