Default help with a light 2.5l build

i have a 98 2.5l dohc that i want to do a light build on for my impreza. what would be the best way to build the motor to ~200hp at the engine?

intake, pulley, header, high-flow cat or track pipe depending on emissions,, catback, cams - maybe head work, and a tune should do it. you could do a turbo kit or just swap in WRX/STI engine.

You can't via a light build n a Ej25D. You could look into boost but that is outside your realm in which you want to remain
