Just putting out a feeler right now. I'm currently stationed in Okinawa, Japan and have a 2001 Forester STI that I plan on parting out when I rotate back to the states in a few more months. It is a legit s/TB STI model with an EJ20 motor. And yes it's an automatic. Due to the JCI regulations and not wanting to deal with storing stock parts I have left it completely unmodified. I plan on pulling the motor (w/harness and ECU), tranny (auto), seats and anything anyone is interested in. If you're interested in specific parts or anything off this car let me know.
Like I said, I'm just gauging interest right now as I still need something to drive until I get closer to leaving. Thanks.

The engine has 91K on it. That's KM. I'll let it go for $2000. That's the full engine. If you want the tranny as well I'd say $3000. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but this is basically a V6 STI motor just slightly detuned.

Pics are coming.

Yes I meant version 6. I'm aware that the ej20 is a flat 4. In fact pretty much every subaru engine produced in the last 20 years has been a flat.

Hey get back to the states safe. I'm interested in the door cards, steering wheel, front and possibly rear bumper, depending on the price front and rear seats, and also rain visor. bythe way what type of climate control do you have the digital one or the stock one?

Thanks

Wow, this is a rare find for a partout!

Interested in the hood, left corner turn light (front), and I'd like to know what springs are on the rear (rate and whatnot)

Can you have her take a pic of the inside of the rear hatch while it's open? I am interested in the rear carpeting pieces(big flat piece and the ones that cover the rear strut towers on the side) if they're black.
Thanks
