Exclamation 04 Forester XT exhaust to 02 Wrx!

Will the exhaust off of an 2004 Forester XT fit a stock 02 wrx?

Thanks.

The short answer is no.

I have a Cobb FXT axle back on my 02 WRX. The down and mid pipes worked fine, but the FXT axle back was longer. I had to cut out about 6" and reweld. This is fine with the Cobb because it is a flat muffler. The OEM muffler is deep (i.e. it recesses up into your trunk area). The FXT muffler body is longer, so I'm pretty sure it won't fit into the recessed area in a WRX.
