Default 1 set BD JDM taillights and 1 set BH JDM taillights for sale

Okee dokee.

last time I put up my extra BG taillights for sale (scroll down for BH), everybody said they'd love to see some BD taillights for sale and I said I'd work on getting some.

(drumroll here).

well, I got one pair.

So what I'm going to do is make them available to people in the order that people expressed interest. Here's the list in order.

1. jacobhorn
2. SWEETBOY
3. white knight
4. biggreen96
5. Cajual
6. anyone else

so if jacobhorn doesn't want these, then SWEETBOY can get 'em and so on.

here's a pic of the first ones we've got:

nifty!

I'm working on a second set of BD lights, but no dice so far.

so the going price for this pair will be $300. Before you ask, these cost more than impreza lights because these are impossible to find. (Nobody in Japan wrecks BDs? )

Also. I have a set of BH JDM red-clear lights for sale also. Yipee! These ones have a small crack. It's hard to see and isn't that big a deal. So instead of setting a price, this if a free-for all and you can just make an offer.)

[IMG][/IMG]

Both of these lights will be shipped directly to the buyer by my friend in Japan. Shipping is included in price

hmm. I thought this would happen. Everybody who sounded Soooooo interesed is backing out... which is totally fine, but if these don't sell then there won't be a next time.

I'm beginning to get the feeling I know why vendors don't support us Legacy folks. It's lotsa work to get the stuff and in the end not alot of people want it.

remember, I'm not doing this for the $$, I'm just trying to help.

edit: My friend just e-mailed me and said he picked up the Legacy center section available for the BD lights (just like the pic). We'll kick it in for $75

word.

Question BH lights

1. What makes the BH tail lights different from the ones on my wagon now?
2. Will they fit my wagon?
3. Are those JDM grilles still available...that other one is taking too long?

$375 for the BD rear corners and center section? I think I'm gonna be ill. What a time to be in debt...

monovich, I'm positive everyone appreciates you helping with these rare parts. Hopefully, you will consider doing stuff like this again in about five years when I might have some money.

I'd be all over this, as I'm sure others would as well.

Steve,

Are these a direct replacement for the USDM BD? I'd heard, somewhere on this board about width issues, perhaps referring to the fender, hood, grill... something hence my question. How long a period are we talking to ship from Japan?

Monovich -

Are you absolutely sure these will fit exactly the same as stock?

Are these brand new?

If so, I'll take them. Thanks for remembering me!

I'm absolutly sure these will fit the same as stock. Guaranteed! If not, I'll throw in a free waterbead and a SoloFlex.

If Jacob doesn't want them, they go to SWEETBOY, if SWEETBOY doesn't want them, they go to GTBGUY. Hopefully this won't be the last set I'm able to get so everybody gets some who wants them.

also, in the interests of full disclosure, they are NOT brand new. BUT, they are in "perfect" condition. Used is all I can get my hands on. But if it helps, I bought my taillights used and the ones The Real Oaf got from me were used, but they are really really in excellent condition and there is no descernable difference. bottom line: they look good.

The BH taillights have that small crack which you can see in the picture. But, that said, I didn't set a price on these, so you can sort of name a price and we can figure something out. They weren't expensive to get, so we snagged 'em. They do fit exactly the same as stock USDM. They are red/clear as opposed to USDM orange clear. They have an orange bulb in them, so depending on the angle you can see the orange in 'em a bit. Here's a pic of what your car would look like:

edit: my things took about 2-3 weeks to get here from Japan. They actually arrived pretty quick to the US, but they sat in customs for about two weeks.

You guys better jump on these...
The pair monovich sent me were very good to damn near new.
The only difference with JDM wagon tail lights is that you lose the side marker bulb.
If you want, I'll post a picture tomarrow night.

C'mon, he came through, now it's up to you.

I can PayPal you the money. I will be at race school all day Saturday, but I can PayPal you the cash on Sunday. Cool?
Please let me know via email. Thanks for everything!

Jacob

ps. If I get these, and don't like them, or decide I want to burn my cash on something else, I will sell them to you SWEETBOY. But, I suspect they will look pretty cool with my clear side markers.
