Cel P2097

Hey guys, I know what most people are thinking, another person posts a CEL P2097 code, well its different for me. I did research many different forums about this code, found some answers, but not what i was looking for.

Now here's the thing, I set up an appointment with Gresham Subaru Jan. 28th for a diagnostics, they told me that it was my aftermarket intake which caused my Mass Air Flow sensor to fail, so i put on my stock intake and ordered/installed my new MAF sensor, CEL came on again.

Two weeks ago, I went and got a different diagnostic from the same dealer, and now they said its the Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor, which i ordered and installed, but it still came back on. During my second meeting with that douche, I told him that the first diagnostic was not the real deal and they should refund my money, but he said it was an issue, i hardly believe that.

So tomorrow i plan to get a Post-Cat O2 sensor and install it, and drive for about another 50 miles just to see if the light comes on again. Oh to make matters worst, my tags are expired.

So any help guys?

(and for those who don't know what the code means, its: Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Too Rich Bank 1)

I dont wanna bring back this topic but for those who are having the same issue as mine, my problem was that the Front Oxygen sensor was dead and that's all that needed changing!

- hope that helps to anyone who is having similar problems.
