1. Thanks. I'm just "someone" to you now, huh Tony? I see how it is. I thought we had something...

2. It's a Kum & Go off E. University. If people want to meet somewhere else, that's fine by me. I just figured it is basically the last set of stop lights on the edge of town.

I have no idea how long that drive actually is, so I don't know what time to head out.

You're one to talk. "Oh hey, I think these two people raced at Marshalltown one time and everybody else can suck it."

I know, right? That's what I was trying to say the other day! I'm glad you agree with me.

You get me every time.

P.S. The first time I raced at Marshalltown was 7/8/07. Did you even have a license back then?

That's how far your Audi could go before you had to have it towed to the shop.

Yep. I still wish my dad would have bought the 850 R he test drove before he got that one. Higher peak boost, Alcantara, Bilsteins, and big rims. Mmm. Plus it was pearl white.

None of those things appeal to me.

Did you get your tires yet?

I was talking with a couple of my employees last night about M'town (they may come out on Saturday) and one of them mentioned racing out there before. Apparently there was a noisy red Civic that was out there running pretty hard...lol.

to all of that. My sarcasm meter is going crazy. I wonder who that Civic could be?

I should take a picture of my car right now. It looks pretty ridiculous. Two tires riding shotgun, and the trunk is tied "down" on the other two tires. Redneck spoiler?

haha, yea. That guy at Autozone was hating his life after we left. And thanks Pete and Nick for helping me with 20 gallons of used oil. I also learned the lift does not work while the dryer is going !

this guy?

BTW, this is one of my favorite mentions; http://www.jdmcity.com/showpost.php?...9&postcount=14
The guy had a turbo on a k20 swap in a ek civic hatch.

Just something to grill and maybe a side if you're feeling squirrely.

The car is running perfect and driving straight, a few little things here and there and oh FYI tighten the joints between the steering colum and the rack. Cars usually don't track straight like that, felt like I was driving my Datsun with 6 bad tie rod ends back from work last night.

I am stoked about M-bahn this Sat, I hope I can get used to this before then. It is way different, in a good way

I'd bring something, but I'm not sure if I can make it. I can't tell if what I have is bad allergies or a cold. Whatever it is, it can make like a tree

CN: I don't want to get anyone sick

Maybe the Miata is causing some sort of allergic reaction. I'd get rid of it and stick with Subaru for your track toy.
