Default The Yearly Purchase Thread

So, now that I am happily married I have been good about spending mass amounts of money on the car. Until now
I have decided that I will limit myself to one good purchase per year for the car. So the road to a track car will be long and boring until the car is paid off.

Back on topic, I did just get a set of Tein Monoflex on the car and they are amazing! I will plan on updating this thread with little things along the way too. I have gotten a few other parts here and there in last few months, but check the pics. I am going to take some side profile shots this week but in the mean time LMK what you think

photoshopped emblems

That VW is not low. My room mates VWs are LOW

On another note. I think it looks great with or w/out the badges. Only thing that sucks is if you take off the center subaru badge then there will be 2 dime size holes in the trunk.

..... how do you even drive a car like that here?
I scraped 3 times friday just getting out of the driveway lol.

I have debated the trunk for a while now. Only reason is because I want to repaint it. There is not much clear coat left on the front of the trunk. So i think i would just have them removed then. (would be easier to just buy a new one that point i guess)

Yeah, it might be easier to swap trunks with an older year first for sure.

His VWs had air bags But he was on a static drop at about the same height for a while. Was breaking oil pans ALL THE TIME!

If it was Rob, his car is crazy, and looks much more aggressive than the one in my pics. I went to school with him, and his car looks like its going 110 just sitting in a parking spot.
I know he spanked the bejesus out of a lambo not too long ago (prior to motor exploding?)

But ya, im sure all these vw guys know each other an what not.
