Default Going from a LGT manifold to a WRX

Okay so I asked this in the 2.5 section with not much help, hoping you guys here might have some more experience with it. I have a 2005 Legacy GT and purchased a 2006 WRX engine to replace it. I have a 68HTA, STI TMIC and the motor already has DW 750cc injectors installed so I would like to retain the WRX intake manifold. My question relates to the wiring harness. My harness is slightly off due to the TB position obviously. The second small TB sensor and the injectors have different connectors then on the LGT. My question is can I strip down the the LGT harness and splice in the correct connectors to make this work? Has anyone done this before and if so can you point me to them. People keep saying its simple, done before, etc. but I can not actually find someone who has done it. Thanks for any help.

Can't you just put the LGT throttle body on the WRX manifold? They're both 65mm throttle bodies and the bolt pattern should be the same.

I am pretty sure that you can just splice the connectors on the injectors without any issues but im not 100%.

Wiring complete, semi complicated...easily replicated. Only thing from the LGT on my motor is a few sensors, the TB and the wiring harness. Got some TF clips from DW and soldered them up today. Should be done with it and in the car this week!
