Default check engine light, Need some advice please

I have a 2006 wrx tr with cobb ap andbi tbe. The other day I threw a code for my s3condary air pump being stuck on. The air pump was constantly on even with the key off and out of the car. It turned off once I unplugged the relay but when I woukd put it back in it would instantly start the pump again. I turned off again then this morning it threw 2 codes for p2440 and p2442 which was air injection system stuck open bank one and bank two. Has anybody else dealt with this? And will harm the car if I continue to drive on it?

Ive read that but im not looking to remove the air pump. My main concern is if will harm the car by driving with it not working properly. Im wanting to fix it so I can sell the car thanks though for the link.

Did you read that whole thread? Open valve leads to melted plumbing and long term a blown motor. Good luck replacing a valve, much easier to just pull them and block it off. Not that any of it is a walk in the park.
