I've never been to one of these meets cause I just picked up my wrx pretty recently but basically I can just show up to the meeting place and just hang out?

Yup pretty much. Talk to people who have the same interests in cars as you do. Also help out if you have any questions on a mod path you want to go. Just a good time only requirement we ever ask is not to drive like an asshat because we don't feel like dealing with the police.

going to hopefully be done with my upgrade by saturday and also getting a tune so hopefully this next meet is big!!

I just got the thing in july! Im a college kid who has to pay for everything. You think i have $3k to drop on a turbo upgrade pshhh

I havent even gone stage 2 yet : p

But if i did get a turbo upgrade... say like the 09 vf52. Im pretty sure id be faster than most of you stock sti guys : p

Hahaha. Ahh so stage 2 now nice. And 3k for a turbo is crazy you could pick up a used vf52 and supporting mods for under a grand. You right it would probably be faster than a stock sti, but good luck finding one of us who is stock.

Nope we are all stage 2 now. I reflashed my car just after break in and put my downpipe on with just 5k on the car. A properly tuned stage 2 car is in my opinion safer than the stock cars simply because the stock time on them was horrible. As far as warranty claims they can only deny you of they can prove your aftermarket part caused the issue.

Hmm with fuel upgrades i could be pushing around 300-330whp
But maybe ill get those around xmas time

In the meantime i will enjoy my Stage X LGT. : p

That's right about where you'd be as stage 2+ with a larger topmount and a larger pump

Its easier than tying your shoes in the morning. 3 wrxs now and all have been accessport tuned with no major hiccups. It's a solid product
