Default 2nd Annual 48hrs of Tristate!

Hey just a heads up!

Due to the fact that the NASA Awards Dinner will be the Weekend of January 10-12, we are moving this (and this is the last and final move) to the following weekend which is Marin Luther King Jr. Weekend. This will give people that Monday to recover!

Annual 48hrs of Tri-state event! Just think 1200 miles, 48hrs, Scoobies, CB antennas and dropin' anchor. Talk to anyone who attended last year's event and they'll tell you what a great bonding experience it was

And this year we ARE going to make it to Albany and C@n@d@!

Yeah no problem, just figured I'd spark some interest and have people put it on their calenders.

Well it's about time we started thinking about doing this again, oh wait we were thinking about doing it as we rolled into Nyack after being attacked by a Blazer and then teaching him that he had better not mess with the power of Subaru nuts. Yeah this time we really need to avoid the Mitsubishi Maragita but we should still run through the PB. Well I said it before but Woodheap!!! I can't wait til January 2003 so that we can write yet another exciting chapter in the adventures of Paisan and Zephyr.

At this point, barring unforseen circumstances, you can count me in again! Are we going to try to raise $$ again?

This time I'll make sure I have a good tow rope!

I'm sure we'll find a good charity to raise money for again this year. Any ideas?

Also I'm gonna put someone else in charge of collecting the checks and sending em in cause I'm way tooo lazy to get it done in a timely fashion (I just sent em in this week from the last 48hrs)

I'm also going to e-mail every single dealer within 20 miles of our route and try to get them to send me stuff and/or hold some meets like Langston did for us. Maybe they'll send me subaru banners and/or paraphanalia like hats and jackets! We can tell them to have their customers come down and meet us and we can preach about subies to em!

Bat will you have the backdoor again? Hee Hee

Also anythoughts on making is a 3 day event? This way we can have more stops and not be so rushed.
