Post RUF, Nurburgring, and crazyness!

Not sure if this has been posted before but I found this link off of the UK board. If anyone remembers the video of the Porsche running around Stockholm, this video will put that to shame! CRAZYNESS!

Yup seen it and it rocks especially the helicopter part where it starts to struggle to keep up with it.

The driver is Walter Rohl, famous rally driver for Opel and Audi in the '80s. The man is a machine.

If you only want to download one, go for lap 2. That's the one with the helicopter shots and other shots from outside the car. You know that guy is good when he's doing that with an older porsche. Those old 911's were death traps for the inexperienced. So tail happy with that engine way back there and the suspension wasn't set up like it is today.

Actually the driver is Stefan Rosier. Alois Ruf calls him "sideways Stefan". He is Ruf's development driver.

Notice he is not wearing a Helmet, or gloves, or even driving shoes!

Just a small co-incedence, but I too am often referred to as 'Sideways Stef'!
No doubt some of you will soon see why!
