Default My rally light bar, 99-01 2.5RS

Finally got my light bar made up. What ya guys think?

Bolts to the 2 factory bolt holes. install (after bar was made) takes 1 minute.

Looks good man. Go to Lowes and get some plastic end caps for the bottom bar.

sweet, that light bar came pre-rusted (get some paint at Lowes too).

Do the lights shake like mad when you go down the road? They look heavily cantilevered on that thin plate.

that was a temp light bar, the new light bar is the big black thing. the lights will soon be moved.

as for how strong the new lightbar is.

new bars have no crushed bends. they're made with a mandrel bender.

filler um with expanding latex foam and cap the ends.. keeps water out, less rust, less vibration too believe or not.
