Oh gotcha. Is she your daily driver? I figured with that wing she was a dedicated track only car.

Seeing cars like that at a novice hpde is scarry. Either the driver is over skilled for the class and will cause an accident because he or she has more confidence than the rest of the grid or the car is over prepped for the driver and will cause an accident because everyone else is expecting the driver to be an expert and then isn't. I went to one last feel and this cat had a fully modified cayman s, I wasn't expecting him to start braking at the 500 ft marker on the straight. Surprise!

Track days are a lot of fun, have as much fun as possible your car appears to be capable.

My first WRX in the same spot as the Drive Performance WRX in the most recent issue. Just thought it was interesting. Who knows where that is?

Naaaah I don't recall ever seeing a fence like that along 129. Then again I'm usually going at speed that everything looks like it's made of streaks. Except that one time in the Z... Anyway, I'm going to guess the southern end of the Blue Ridge Parkway or Skyline Dr.

It is a pull off along Fontana RD/28, near the Dragon. It is about 2 miles from the Fontana Village Resort. Google map and street view of the spot.
