Yeah I know.
But, I find it funny how most WRX/STI owners don't think they're driving a tarted up econobox.
To them, cuz it's TUROBOD and AWD, it must be a sports car.

Get over it. Tires good enough for a KIA are good enough for a SUBARU.

YMMV

You're night buying tires for an econo box Kia.

I'm not saying by any means Michelin's are bad tires, but more so where you're buying them.
I've had them beat the mounted/final price from tire rack several times. When you consider the mounting/balancing costs, they're competitive.

Ive been running Firestones cheapest brand of tires for a few years now and I'm still here. Firestone Firehawk GTs and now Primewells.....rain, snow, and dry it works fine....

In fact Wayne tracked my car on my Firehawks and Imnorobo was kinda surprised at how well they gripped.

There is a hell of a difference between a imprezza a civic and a sentra... just drive all 3, let alone a wrx.

And there is not a thing wrong with buying the best tires you can regardless of the car... keeps you out of the headlines.

Do you know if he is any good with obp paint. I've been looking for a local trustworthy detailer to fix some of the swirls in my paint.
