it's the total ignorance i find tiring. 'why would you put that big wing on a fwd toyota? (i actually get toyota much more often than honda for some reason. i have a hawkeye, i honestly think it looks significantly different than anything else on the road), hood scoops don't do anything. you should fix your car, it's misfiring, i know these things.'

i always love and hate reading this thread. it puts a smile on my face when i hear a little story about someone being amazed by a subaru, or getting all excited about seeing one. it makes me sad when i hear a story about someone asking a legitimate question, or just not knowing everything about the car and the subaru owner gets all snotty about it.

I couldn't agree more. Too many people on here think that having a subie makes you royalty and look down on all other cars.

My friend was joking around talking about how he was going to sell his truck and buy a Subaru WRX... turbro.
Friend 1- I'm thinking about selling my truck for a Subaru WRX turbo in rally world blue.
Friend 2- I would shoot you if you sold your truck for a Subaru.
Friend- Nah, that WRX turbo is nice though.
Me- All WRX's and STi's come with a turbo. Quit saying WRX turbo! And It's world rally blue.
I don't know man, it gets annoying.

Wrb is an actual thing... So many cars have multiple engine options, most people think there are different wrx engine options. (2.0 and 2.5 don't count bc they were never available on the same MY)

It would have been hilarious if your friend had actually said what you typed in your first sentence.

According to Urban Dictionary, a "turbro" is another name for a "Turbo" on a car - usually called a Turbro when making fun of wogs and their fully hektic VLs

I left target to do some final christmas shopping and an older couple was passing my car as i got in. They were right behind it as i fired it up and they both jumped a bit and stared me down as i drove off. I know the factory 2011 exhaust drones a bit but not stare-worthy!

They were probably angry that you almost made one of them, move on to the next life...

2.5L... It's big.
At a family gathering my uncle asked "That a v4?"
"Nope, flat 4"
He now wants a Subaru because he was so intrigued by the engine design haha.

I hate when people always ask why I got white. They ALWAYS say "oh it gets dirty so fast!" which is the exact opposite of the truth. It gets dirty just as fast but it doesn't show the dirt near as bad as a dark colour. Also white looks good on 90% of cars. It shows off the design and curves of the car. Love it!

I don't think there's any car model where white doesn't look good

Sadly Though......

Thankfully they have distinguishing features.
But IMO they are far too similar.

Seriously thought about posting a picture of one of those but had so Christmas errands to run first!
that car suffers from the ugly no matter what color you throw at it.

My eyes!!! UGH!!! I am still wondering who came to work hungover enough to approve that car's design so he would be left alone.

A 45 year old dude close to my house bought a brand new aztec the last year it was produce. Such a ugly car. The front is the ugliest thing I ever see. He did make a lot of head turn, but not in a good way. I hope the guy that design this thing has been fired.
