Yep, it's illegal to have a street-going vehicle equipped with a nitrous oxide system here in Ontario (or at least a "connected" one... when you're on a highway?).

Also street glow is illegal if it is blue, red or white. It is illegal to have colours that replicate emergency vehicle colours. Also, if you have street glow or nitrous systems, the police then have the right to search your vehicle.

Red Underglows are allowed in Ontario as long as you can't see them from the front of the vehicle. http://www.ontarioticket.com/motor-vehicle-lighting.php (follow links through page if you care enough)
