Pulling out of a Taco Bell drive-thru, 4 high school bro's all shirtless, and wearing their hats on backwards, "wow" and "ahh" my car. one of them said "that's a fast car".

I laughed but doubt they heard me
It's comical to get such random and quick reactions from people.

LOL i got black flagged at the track last weekend for my EWG.

when i pulled in to the pits they were asking if something was wrong with my car because it was making a weird noise.. i asked them if it sounded like ass, particularly at WOT... they said yes. so i explained what an EWG was and one of the crew yelled out "see, i told you guys!" >_<

i guess that they're used to cars in the GT class being loud, not the high speed touring beginners class. good times.

**snowing outside**

"your driving"

Me: "yup, I figured". -_-

Not really funny but definitely true.

This girl I know that has an impreza described hers as a snowmobile with windows and heat. Again, this is pretty true. I purposely went on the worst roads this winter with yoko all seasons, and those tires are complete garbage in the snow. Definetly snowmobile status.

Does being sponsored allow me to be one? Haha monster gives me a bunch of free drinks and gear, so I tend to wear it a fair amount to represent them (since they are essentially paying alot to give me free stuff with shipping and such). But I do agree with you, those kids thinking its the coolest brand out there/rednecks with stickers all over their various items do tend to annoy me, even if I do carry a sponsorship from them.

Edit: On topic, the funniest things I hear always come from girls. What is it?! It looks like a minivan.. Why didn't you get a mustang or a BMW? It looks like an Egg! I bet it's slower than my moms civic, that things fast! Almost also got rear ended today by some kids that were trying to get around me so they could yell things like "Scooby! Hit the turbo!."

One of the guys I work with was giving me a hard time about my Forester XT, saying it's a girl's car, etc.

He drives a Scion.

Heh.

When people say: "atleast your car gets good gas mileage"

Me: ---___--- Don't I wish........

All you have to do is stay out of boost. (I ran an EWG for almost 3 years on my old car, had no problem keeping it closed, and I'm a bit heavy footed off the line.)

They only make noise under boost. So when I am driving around a quiet town, I don't drive like an asshat in the first place, and my wastegate is totally silent.

And no, I am not referring to a BOV. I have an externally dumped Tial on my STI. It scares women and small children
