His truck looked pretty cool too; new and clean, but modded to the point where it looked like it could truly handle some rough terrain at speed, not just your typical redneck, lifted mall-crawler, much more stadium/baja truck style. I'd guess we're both fans of motorsports, and he could tell.

You've never had truckers glare at you, untill you've driven your Subi here.

The yellow line is the road, that just happens to end on the beach. The beach is the ONLY road for a while lol.

Not a single other car the whole day I was there. Those truckers were so confused that my little impreza coupe could drive on the sand.

Want to go back sooooo bad.

I was at the Graveyard of the Atlantic right next to the Hatteras access, had summer tires on and an airpump, I really didn't want to risk getting my car stuck so I didn't try the beach, wanted to sooo bad though.

You would have been fine. I had summer tires. Just gotta air down a little, keep movement, and don't go into too deep of sand (ground clearance).

Next summer I want to go again, but venture farther north this time. I want to find actual sand roads with twists and turns. I would probably never come home.

You REALLY couldn't spot the exaggeration there? I'm not sure I could have been mocking his horrible story/grammar any harder.

Ah, but people who post like that aren't ever actually saying anything worth reading. Just like the bro's who add "haha" randomly to their posts are rarely funny.

I post on Facebook that I installed my mudflaps and short shifter for my car. She then precedes to ask what a short shifter is so I tell her.....

Long story short...

She then replies oh I want a short shifter installed on my car then. It's an automatic lololol

Was getting lunch off site with John, a coworker my age (25), and our project manager Ron. Me and John carpool together sometimes.

Me: we can take my car, it's got the most room.
Ron: your new car? Sounds good.
Walk up to it
Ron: Man, looks pretty sporty.
Me: yup it's a pretty fun car.
We buckle in
Ron: Ok let's see what this thing can do!
John: Bold words Ron. Bold words.

Well it isn't as funny now that I read it back but eff it, I already typed it out.
