The stock WRX offset is 53mm. So your tc105n wheels would be pushed out by an extra 11 mm.

Some but not too bad. If you are worried about stretch then you should roll your rears and go with 265/35's.

It really depends on the brand/model.

Feds and star specs will be pretty square (hell, 235/40 Feds are square on a 9" wheel) where others might be slightly stretches (Falken 512/yoko s.drive).

What's the bore in the Mach V Awesome? Says it fits the STi and WRX. Doesn't the STi have larger hub bore?

No. The sti has a larger pcd on the hub, but the bore remains the same.

We need some details if you want our best judgement. The wheel fitment gurus need wheel size, width and offset and then tire size. If you are talking about the 18x9.5" +35 5x114.3 won't fit your wrx without adapters for the PCD. If you are talking about the 18x8 +45 5x100 you are good to go with a 235 or 245 series tire no need to worry about rubbing on stock suspension.

From Yahoo:
PCD stands for pitch circle diameter and is the diameter of a circle drawn through the centre of your wheel's bolt holes. P.C.D. is measured in millimeters and also indicate the number of studs or bolts the wheel will have. For example, the WRX has 5 bolt holes drilled through the centre of an imaginary 100mm circle, or 5x100.

Very pretty wheels! But the 5x100 for the 17x9 size will be a custom pcd ... and that may be too much $$$.

Has anyone fitted a larger bore (60mm) to the WRX's smaller bore of 56.1mm??? Pros and cons? Anyone?

There are plenty of those cr Kai's available in that size.

And yes - you need hub rings. Else the wheel won't center on the hub and can cause vibration at freeway speeds.

post edited... i was referring to the rejin's in 18x8 +45 btw, so the SS's in 245/40/18's should be fine, is what I'm hearing.
