I'm in love with the White Rota Grids 18x9.5 +38. I've concluded that w/ stock suspension, these wheels, with some 255/35R18s, should fit without any rubbing. However, imo, there is no sense in making my rex look aggressive, without it actually being aggressive. Thus, the GTworx suspension kit is a definite. Anyone familiar with a setup running the wheel/tire specs listed above w/ the Gtworx kit, specifically the one valved for the yellows? From what I have gathered, the drop from this suspension setup is not too significant.

Anyone have any success with a setup like this??
Check Rsutton's build thread as I believe his wheels are 9.5 +38 and he had the GTworx Bilsteins and RCE yellow springs for a while (now he is on coils). His wheels aren't Rota's but the math is the same.

Kiss my ass. All I was doing is asking a simple question. And to be technical, this was a fitment question. A visual fitment. Move on douche bag.

That's a new one to me. In the pic they look photoshopped onto the car, so without any specs it's difficult to make a "visual fitment" assessment. This really only leaves the style of the wheel itself open for comment, and as I said, I dig the 80's style stuff (wasn't trying to be a smart ass); perhaps not on this body however.

Yah im sure im the only one who has asked a fitment Q like this in this thread, but what ever. Why would you need specs to get a visual fitment? I already know they fit the car, just not sure about the flat wheel look on these years. And yes it is photoshopped. Not trying to start a new thread to get a couple of 11-13 owners opinions on these flat wheels on our year. Sorry I wasn't meaning to be a complete ass in my first reply. Had just got done getting chewed out from the boss man for no reason.

Lol. Yah I'm torn. They are 18x9.5 40's, so they would be pretty flush.

Default New shoes for Silver!

18X10.5 Enkei Racing PF 01's with 38 ET and 285x30 Hosier R6 tires.
Some pulling is required in rear, but doesn't look like it will be too severe. Fronts may work as-is!

Looking at running a
18x8.75 Et33
w/ either a 225/40/18 or 245/40/18
stock suspension
on a 2011 WRX
I don't want to have to roll/pull any fenders.
I've read that the 245 fits w/ minor roll. Would a 225 be a wiser choice or would it look silly ? I don't want streched fitment

What about a 235/40? It would fit nice on that 8.75 wheel. I had to slightly roll the rear with my 18x8.75 35 530's with 235/40's on stock suspension. 225's aren't that stretched on a 8.75 wheel.

225 will look stretched. dont want to modify your fenders? you want a wheel 8-8.5" wide with an offset above 40.

Would I be able to fit Volk TE37s 18x10 +40. Tires are 255. Also getting either 15mm or 19mm bolt adapters. I'm on coilovers and I don't want to slam my car. I don't need the tires to tuck, I'd rather them stick out and give it a aggressive look.

They will stick out quite a bit with those adapters.

I don't understand the question but it sounds like you have described a setup that you are trying to achieve. Mission accomplished.

They'll stick out and aggressively rub.

Well thanks! It could have been harder or not come out so well had it not been for the help of T3h_Clap on IWSTI.
Here's one more and there are seven more, on the wheel install alone, on my Shutterfly site.

I'm sure looking forward to Watkins Glen in ten days with new canards, a CF spoiler and Stoptech BBK. I won't get the CF hood in time for those track days.
