Unhappy Need help with 05 STI, oil leak, anybody want to work on it in Houston?

Guys I got a 05 STI with an oil leak on the driver side, around the valve cover bolts, see image below -

I lose about half a quart after driving a hundred miles, so its been a pain, i just know to put oil in everytime I drive..

I know about the piston ring and turbo oil burning issues, but before concluding its an oil burning issue i must first get rid of this dang leak.

I had timing belt changed about 2 yrs ago at 90k, it was a member from Nasioc that did it, he seemed to have done everything right, maybe we shouldve replaced some additional seals.. who knows I cant remember if the cam seals were replaced or not. basically I want to just redo the timing belt job if I have to..just want EVERYTHING that can leak oil replaced..

I had also replaced my clutch with the stupid stock clutch at the same time since the motor was out and I always hated it, if timing is going to be done i figure maybe the motor will come out of the car, if thats the case also want to put in a upgraded clutch (stage 1 or stage 2, not sure, I am on cobb stage 2 tune with cobb sf intake and 3 inch turbo back exhaust, stock headers/uppipe.

someone (A SUBARU EXPERT) please contact me if you want to earn some extra cash over a weekend or something. please only call me if you can do it properly and have worked on subarus a lot, I dont want to make this car even worse. I almost feel like taking it to a dealership and get robbed basically but wanted to check here first..
