Default or WTT for a 02-04 Aspen/GBP Wrx. (FT/FS my 04 XB)

I figured I would throw this out there and see if I got any bites.

I'm looking for a clean, minimally modified Aspen or Black Pearl 02-04 WRX, under 140k, with service record if possible.

My budget is around $8,500 cash, or my Scion + $3,500ish based ont eh value of the wrx.

My scion:
  • 2004 Silver Scion XB. Base Model + Foglights
  • 110,xxx
  • OEM Roof Racks with locks
  • 5 Speed manual
  • 2 Sets of wheels. Motegi 17's with brand new tires, and stealies w/ caps and new michelins
  • Carbon Fiber Wing (Clean looking lip style wing)
  • Strong clutch/brakes/mechanically sound
  • Intake
  • Smoke free
  • LEGIT 30pmg highway (not epa estimate)
  • a 10g fillup gets me 280-320 miles on everyday commuting
The good:
The car runs mint, have never had a single problem with it. I bought it off my best friend (original owner) last thanksgiving, who babied it, and I have done the same. Oil changed every 3,000 miles, all schedualed service done at Toyota/Scion. All highway miles. I commuted a lot between Balimore/Boston and racked up a quite a bit of milage. It never left me stranded or let me down.

The bad: CEL came on, code says Upper o2 sensor. So that will be replaced before car is sold. Also, someone hit my hood with a skateboard or something. The car will be going into the shop and every chip, ding, dent and blemish will be taken car of. The car will look near brand new.
Small, light scratches on the inside of the rear doors from taking my dogs crate in and out.

Reason for selling:
My need for the great MPG and space has little imporance anymore now that I live in the city. I use public transportation all the time. I just want something a little smaller, quicker and fun to drive for the warmer months.

KBB says its:
$7,800 retail
$7,000 private sale
$5,870 trade in

I would like to get around $6,300 ish toward the value of a WRX in a private sale. I would be willing to come down a bit too if the deal was right.

Car is located in Boston, but I will glady travel a few hours for a good deal. I enjoy road trips.

Will have more pics on request or when everything is compeltely fixxed up
