Default GI: USDM STI swapped '02 Forester

I've decided I will only be trying to sell this car through April 17th. If it doesn't sell by then I will just keep it and continue driving/modding it. With that being said, the lowest price anyone will get from me on this car is $17k. No games, no trying to get a crazy amount, just trying to make a quick, fair sale.
An opportunity has presented itself that I would like to take advantage of so I am posting my beloved SF up for a feeler to see if anyone out there loves it as much as I do.
The car started out as a 2002 Forester S Premium, including color matched bumpers and the extra large sunroof. Of course over time, I have done numerous updates and modifications to make it what I think is truly unique. The chassis now had 160k miles(just turned) and the engine/trans have 39k.
If you want to read the whole chronicle of the build, my SF.org thread is located here:

Problems:
Most of the paint has 160k miles of living on it so there are some dings and scratches but nothing major.
The Airbag light is also on with a code for the front seats. This code was there before I swapped the stock seats out and after I installed the Splash CEL fixes so I believe it's the actual SRS module. I have another one to swap in but was putting off doing it until I swapped the dash out......
There is a few light scratches at the top of the dash from where the compartment lid got loose from a screw falling out of the hinge. I picked up another dash to remedy this but it hasn't warmed up enough for me to spend that much time in the garage.
The OEM radiator is starting to seep at one of the seams. I have a brand new Koyo R2218(with slim fans and Koyo cap) sitting in my basement also waiting for warmer weather to arrive.

Other parts sitting in my basement waiting for install:
Tokico D-Specs
Brand NEW 3.9 R180 rear differential
Brand NEW OEM Spec B rear axles
Extra set of SF rear axles to make a hybrid set of rear axles for the R180 install as outline on this forum.

Here are some pics:

Old pic to show the shift boot. Note the car was still 5mt in this pic because it was pre-swap.

Old wheels:

I'll add more pics with the OZs tomorrow

As far as price, I have a number in my head but for the sake of me possibly being crazy, I would like to entertain offers from interested people. If I don't get what I want by the time the current opportunity passes, no biggie, I'll just keep this and continue to enjoy it.

Forgot to mention that no parts are coming off of the car or being switched just in case it doesn't sell.

Also, when the car got tuned, it made 310whp/311ftlbs at The Shop at 15psi, the same map made 273whp/320ftlbs at EFI two weeks ago.

What's a ball park price range?

Chances are I won't be able to buy it, just curious. Been wanting a 2nd car with a little more room for taking trips with more than 2 people. I was considering looking @ Foresters, but this seems to be the best one i'd ever find.

Cant afford it.
Don't need it.

But goddamn that is sexy.

Jdm sg9 seats are freakin' awesome.
I would do horrible things just to own those seats.

Not sure what you mean by what I referenced for the interior swap.
If the car sells without the R180, I won't have a need for it so that stuff would be for sale too. Mainly trying to sell everything together though.

Oh, if that's the case, the seats are a full set from a JDM SG Forester STI. The rears fold down and even have sliders that help the lumbar "recline".

I realized I was causing confusion by putting a pic of the shift boot that showed a 5mt shifter. I edited my caption about the pic to help with this. The car has a six speed in it for sure so don't worry.
