Default Mines (or replica) Spoiler Shots (wanted)

Anyone have a Mines or Mines replica spoiler? Care to post pictures? I'm thinking about acquiring one. If its a replica could you post the manufacturer of it?

Thanks!

I also bought this from a member on here, but I'm not sure who made it.

The clearcoat started flaking off, so I'm in the process of refinishing it. Going with a 2-tone MBP/CF.

I think you got that from me!

I believe its actually the first-ever run of replicas made by Modified Toys back when even the replicas were rare: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=416151 Good luck finding one of those now.

I now have another Mines - a RavSpec (BlackTop Aero) mines spoiler on my car right now because it looks that good.

Still looks great on your car and the new paintjob looks saweet!

Did anyone's spoiler require bolts to fit properly?

I bought one from Bayson R, and they told me in order for it to fit flush (it would see-saw from being a bit flat instead of round in the middle) I had to use bolts...

i just double sided taped mine to the car. i could see that if you wanted it perfect i'd be a good idea to drill and tap a couple holes through the trunk lid, but i'm not sure that it's necessary.

The Bayson R guys were trying to sell me some bulls@#t about you have to use the bolts to make it fit flush and that they have sold over 500 of these and have had no complaints... Also that everyone else buys these from the same Taiwanese guy and they are all the same.

I said I had an issue with mine and they just started saying I'm not attaching it correctly.

Mine sits fairly flush without the bolts.
I didn't tape it or anything, just did a quick test fit since I'll be molding it. I didn't see any fitment issues though.

I FIGURED mine was one bad one, but because they insist that you need the bolts, they won't exchange it and will only refund my money.

Oh well, now to find another one (RavSpec maybe?)
