Default 08-10 wrx wide body fender flare kit

Greetings all
I'm nearing completion of my fender flare project!
(Continuation of older thread that got deleted)

NASIOC still has not given any reason for closing the old thread with out notice, My apologies to all who had been following and helping me with ideas and feed back.

I'll be moving on to a few more parts for the 08-10 and the doing some work for the hawk eyes.

This is strictly to give you updates and get your ideas and opinions for this project.

I'll be getting set up as a vendor when I complete this project and will then be able to offer products to you!
Till then please don't try to discuss purchasing or pricing in this thread.

Thank you!

Here's the latest update pics.
Don't mind the dust!
These are still rough and I just used spray paint to get an idea of what the finish product will be.
I've still got to build up a little more fiberglass for durability and smooth it all out.

I am sorry if I have missed this before, but what is your wheel set up?
and would you offer only the rears?

I have 18x9.75 wheels
with 275/35/18 tires

The rears will be available when I get my NASIOC vendor status.

Until then stay tuned here for updates on development and progress.

What's the offset on those?

Also, ideas for more parts: a decent rear diffuser for the sedans

Getting down to the last few details!
My goal is to finally have my car ready this week and get paint in the next week or two.
Can't wait to get back on the road and drive to the dyno to get a proper E85 tune!

Default 08-10 wrx wide body fender flare kit

It's a custom 3" muffler delete with 4" manga flow tips mated to stock mid pipe and 3" catless DP.
High temp Thermal coated red

This is how my exhaust is... Except it's a custom one piece straight pipe from the turbo all the way back... No mufflers, cats, or resonater
It's a pain to take off
But sounds amazing, hopefully yours does too

Yes it does sound amazing!
I kept the stock lid pipe because a lot of racing classes require at least one cat.
But it still sounds amazing!

the downside to how youve designed this, is these will effectively not fit anyone who has a lower ride height than you.

My car is pretty low.
And my tires are about 1/2 inch diameter bigger than stock.
you could go maybe 1-1/4 to 1-3/4 inch lower with slightly stretched and stock or slightly smaller height tires.

I can't see going any lower than my car with out losing nearly all suspension functions.
But to each his own.

Looking good man!! I'm guessing the front will be in 2 pieces to? Cuz if u ever have to get ur front bumper off for anything. And I'm stoked to see what ther ear diffuser will look like whenever u make that as we'll....

The fronts are a single piece.
They are "rivet" or bolt on style so they will simply release the bumper by removing a few bolts.
I considered making it a two piece, but I feel it's better as a single rigid piece.
Because..
you have to cut the bumper a bit to fit bigger wheels and tires, so you lose several bumper tasters, the solid piece flare will compensate and probably make it more stable than in stock form.

I got to finish these flares then another small part I've already started, then I will be looking at making a rear diffuser.
It may be a couple months as I have substantial requests for starting other models that may take precedence.
Fortunately I'm very close to being able to quite my full time job so I will be able to actually work on this stuff more than a few hours a week!
Going full time into development and production soon!

Got ya... That makes sense for rigidity I was just thinking if say u molded them on and needed to remove the bumper lol then yeah... But they'd look good. Keep it up bro
