Default Getting rid of Legacy : (

ok guys, i've decided to get rid of my 1992 subaru legacy ls. my question is how much do yall think i'm gonna get for it?

here are the specs:
around 45k miles(we had to do a legacy to legacy engine switch in january), fwd, non-turbo, power everything, interior in fair shape, just painted in january (electron blue), 17" rims, kameleon cd player, sport muffler and i think that's about it. here are some pics:

My gut says...

$2500.00 high

$1200.00 low

knowing what I know.

Maybe try for 3k but I doubt you will get it. Its a FWD sedan! The new engine is a plus but at the same time the rest of the car has 100k+ miles on it.

Just an example, I got a 1990 legacy wagon with 120k and ALL options available that year (including abs) plus both the inside and the engine bay was cleaner than average for 2800 + 600 in fees/paperwork and junk. This was from the original owner who had too many cars and donated it to a charity. I bought it at one of the "auctions." They call them auctions but actually they are just like a normal used car lot. The starting price is about what you'd pay from another person usually.

I need to get a good camera so I could show you guys just how good of condition my car is in, you'd be surprised. If it wasnt for subaru's quirky design team you wouldnt know my car is so old.

What part of the country are you in? That will make a difference.
