No need for silly brackets, some good ole nuts, bolts and washers will do the trick just fine!

My brackets were rusted to hell and bolts broke off on them so I went to a local hardware store and picked up six 1 1/2"-2" nuts, six matching bolts and six half dollar sized washers. Six bolts in front, throw the washer in behind the fog and then put the nut on it. TAH DAH! You have DIY brackets lol.

EDIT: I did this because I was cheap and didn't want to buy new brackets. This cost me less then $3, dealership would have charged something around $15-20 a piece.... Thought I'd throw that out there in case anyone was wondering.
