Can't get better than free, be nice to see someone get it and get an oil analysis done on it.

Don't plan on using the stuff anytime soon.
I'm curious what oil or engine oil cocktail Scotty uses in his vehicle(s)?

I don't see any free either, but I saw this stuff last time I was at WalMart, also interested to see some results from it.

Virgin CST@100c is only 10.04, not sure I'm willing to pour that into my WRX during warmer months without more input on its durability, but still interested to see how it would hold up after some use.

well....both animal and vegetable based lubricants have been used for centuries...both have their advantages and disadvantages

i think that its great that somebody has found a way to give us an alternative to petroleum based motor oil

time will tell

Just got my 5qt jug and will send in the rebate tomorrow. I don't use 5w-30 in any of my own cars, so I'm gonna pour it into my buddies Honda Civic next time I change his oil. And I noticed Rotella T6 went up $1.58 per jug at my local WM. $20.58 now.

yeah...I may go back to using the 10w40 MaxLife and change at ~5k instead of ~7k.....the 5qt jugs are $17.xx

saves ~$10 on an oil change

Good points. There may be benefits that won't show up in a $30 uoa/voa.
