Default Silencei2's 2015 WRX CWP Premium Mod Journal

First time Suby owner and wanted to share my experience thus far.

Car was purchased from South Coast Subaru in May 2014

Current mods:

  1. Nameless Performance Turboback exhaust w/ 4" muffler, cat, and 3.5" Staggered Double Wall tips
  2. Misihimoto Intake w/ Airbox
  3. Cobb AccessPort V3 w/ COBB SoCal ACN91 Protune (291awhp/337awtq)
  4. Mishimoto Baffled Oil Catch Can System
  5. Mishimoto Oil Cooler Kit (Installed 4/29/15 15700miles)
  6. Mishimoto TMIC black intercooler, black chargepipe (7/2/15)
  7. TiC TGV Deletes (7/2/15)
  8. Grimmspeed EBCS (7/2/15)

  1. OEM STI Front Lip
  2. OEM Window Visors
  3. Suntek CXP Tint (50% Front, 35% Rear)
  4. Suntek PPF Clear bra (Front clip)
  5. Philips 4200K HID kit low beams (Blacked out housing)
  6. Volk ZE40 (18x9 et 45)
  7. BFgoodrigh G-Force Comp-2 A/S 265/35R18 (Installed 10/30/15)

  1. OEM Factory STS Kit
  2. OEM STI Shift Knob
  3. OEM All weather mats
  4. Perrin Brass Shifter Bushing Kit
  5. Perrin Shifter Stop

  1. AirREX Complete Digital Air Suspension Kit w/ pillowball mounts front and rear
  2. Cusco LCAs
  3. Aligned to OEM camber and toe specs at 47psi ride height by Evasive Motorsports

Car currently has about 12000 miles on it. Intake, exhaust, and Protune were installed and performed around 4500 miles. Car has been runnning strong and just had the oil changed by the dealership. Maintaining a 5000 mile OCI as the commute is 90% stop and go city driving. Have not had any warranty repairs or issues with the car thus far and the COBB Protune has been the best investment thus far.

18500 miles, brought the car down to COBB SoCal to have Grimmspeed EBCS, TIC TGV Deletes, and Mishimoto TMIC + Chargepipe installed. Had the car retuned for the additional parts and made 299hp/344tq. Most likely the last set of mods that I will be doing the car.

Replaced tires with meaty 265 tires, purchased Krazy roofrack mounts as well as a Thule aero blade set up. Plan on installing this myself soon.

Went to RackNRoad in Costa Mesa to have them tackle the roof rack installation. Total install time for them took about 7 hours as they didn't have a reliable drill and went through 2 drill bits. Overall clean install and even created caps for the holes on the rain gutter stripping. Also changed oil at 25000 miles with PUP 5w30 and changed out the cabin air filter.

Installed STi Brembo front and rear with DBA rotors, Hawk pads, Stoptech SS lines, and Motul 5.1 brake fluid. 29,500 miles. Purchased PUP and Motul gear oil for transmission/diff fluid change and oil change.
