Default Instrument cluster in my 2011 WRX is not working properly. Please help!

I installed a boost gauge into my WRX the other night and it was working fine all day today so I decided to clean up the wiring a little bit and put my dash back together. As I was tying back the wires I think I may have shorted something out because I saw a spark when one of the bare ends of the wire touched an exposed piece of metal under the dash. whatever happened my instrument cluster isn't working properly anymore. I'll attach a video but basically, it lights up and everything but it isn't showing my rpm, speed, etc when I start the car up. The gauges don't come on by themselves either, I have to press the little button on it for it to light up and it powers down after a few seconds.

Did I short something out? Or maybe blow a fuse? I'm really a newbie at the kind of stuff and would really appreciate it if someone could help me out. Also, I was thinking about taking it into Subaru but... I'm afraid they might void my warranty for splicing into wires. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Check your fuses.

When you see that spark, a fuse blows. That's why the fuses are there.
